The fast food franchise Domino’s has posted an 18% rise in its sales for the 13 weeks leading up to 26th December 2010.
This increase in sales is very promising for the fast food giant especially when other companies are struggling to stay in the black.
This rise in sales is partly due to its new ventures into online marketing. Domino’s have launched social media campaigns and also launched an iphone app and with a third of their orders now placed online it shows this strategy is working.
After launching their iPhone app in September 2010 Domino’s has seen over £1 million sales through it and their facebook page has over 1.5 million “likes”.
