This view comes as Sony unveiled the first ever Google powered Televisions.

Being able to connect a TV to the internet has become a focal point amongst manufacturers and set top box makers trying to increase their for market share.

Google’s emergence has energised things said commentators as has Apple’s renewed bid for supremacy with its TV converter.

More than five billion people use Televisions which is a far higher number than people who use mobiles or computers.
